Human Resource Mission

In support of Rich Township High School District 227’s mission and vision, it is the mission of the Human Resources Office to support the total operation of the school district in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource - its PEOPLE.

The Human Resources Department will be a catalyst; we aspire to be the model for excellence and leadership in human resources, emphasizing strategic and progressive human resource practices, high quality service, efficiency, employee growth and enrichment, and community. Human Resource About us
The Rich Township High School District employs 613 individuals and serves over 3,200 students from Chicago Heights, Country Club Hills, Matteson, Olympia Fields, Park Forest, Richton Park, Tinley Park, and University Park. We are home to a diverse body of award-winning young leaders who are consistently recognized for their talent and accomplishments. The Office of Human Resources recognizes that education is more than teaching: it is guiding, leading, and building the future leaders of tomorrow. Within our department, and within our schools, we are “Focused on Students and Student Success”.
