As we approach the final stretch of your student’s senior year, we want to make sure you're informed about all the key dates and deadlines. Please review the information below carefully and mark your calendars accordingly. Information is linked to the various events.

Timely participation and payment are essential to ensure your senior enjoys every part of this exciting season.
Important Dates for Seniors – Class of 2025

Deadline for fundraiser activities (Nothing Bundt Cake & SNAP!)

Deadline to pay for Senior Class T-Shirt

Deadline to pay for Senior Class Trips
(All-White Luncheon Cruise & Kalahari Trip)

Final Group Meetings with Counselors
(Post-secondary plans will be finalized)

Deadline for completion and submission of correspondence coursework to American School (for applicable students)

Decision Day!
(For students who submitted acceptance letters to college/career advisors or counselors)

🚨 IMPORTANT DEADLINES on May 9:
Final deadline for all class assignments and Edgenuity courses
Submission of American School transcript (if applicable)
Final day to pay school fees via MySchoolBucks.com or by cash/check/money order to the school cashier
(Make checks payable to Rich Township High School)

MANDATORY Graduation Practice – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
FAC Gym
🎓 Cap & Gown and Ticket Distribution during practice
4 tickets per graduate for outdoor ceremony
2 tickets if ceremony moves indoors due to weather
Students on the Jeopardy List will not receive cap, gown, or tickets until cleared by their counselor.
May 16
All-White Luncheon Cruise – Navy Pier, Chicago
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM | $85
(Drop-off/Pick-up: FAC Campus)
May 17
Graduation Ceremony – 3:30 PM
FAC Stadium | 5000 Sauk Trail, Richton Park, IL 60471Graduates must arrive by 2:30 PM
Guests should also plan to arrive by 2:30 PM
🎈 Note: Balloons will not be allowed at the ceremony due to limited space.
