Attention Incoming Freshmen Students

All incoming Freshmen students must have a complete physical with immunization dates on file with the School Nurse before they can receive their schedules in August.

Complete forms should be mailed or returned to Rich Township High School as soon as possible to avoid delay at schedule distribution in August. If you have already turned in the health forms for your students, please disregard this reminder.
