Reminder: Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey (Different from the HumanEx Survey)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Thank you to everyone who has taken time to share feedback through our HumanEx survey. I also want to make sure families are aware of another important opportunity to provide input—this one is a different survey required across Illinois schools.

The Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey helps our schools gather feedback on areas such as learning conditions, school climate, and family-school relationships. Your responses are confidential and will be used to guide school improvement efforts.

Please complete the Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey here:
http://survey.5-essentials.org/illinois/survey/parent/

Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your voice and strengthen our school community.
